Gota Violet is Kantha layered over a striped burgundy ground — bands of pink and fuchsia crossed by loose trails of cream and gold, the hand stitching running quietly through the pattern rather than over it.
Cream and gold Gota lace, embroidered with floral motifs, traces the full front opening. A cord tie ends in a fabric-covered tassel, allowing it to be worn open or softly fastened at the waist. The reverse turns to a lilac ground, flecked with white — a different character held just beneath the surface.
