Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@tolatoli.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Returns are also not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be returned in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
