Once you submit your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. A binding sales contract is formed only when you receive an email confirming shipment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from Paris, France. Shipping times and fees are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable in your country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer law. You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

6. Title and Risk

Ownership of the products passes to you once full payment has been received and the order has been shipped. The risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.
