Thank you for shopping with TOLATOLI. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During busy periods, such as new collection launches or sales, processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

  • Domestic Shipping (within France): Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days

  • EU Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays and customs clearance.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.


In-Store Pickup (Paris Only)

If you're local, we offer free in-store pickup at our atelier:

Pickup is available Monday–Friday, from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please wait for an email confirming that your order is ready before coming by.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

TOLATOLI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping—such as tariffs, taxes, or customs duties—are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or seems lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@tolatoli.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as we can.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • Certain countries with high shipping restrictions (subject to change)
